I drink many herbal teas and since I'm trying to lose weight it definitely helps to curb the appetite and I'll often go for a cup of hot herbal tea to help when I'm really trying to kick a craving.

The taste on this is fine, but I'm really disappointed to see that it contains sugar. It's not a lot and I know this would probably be bitter without it, but esp since I amtrying to avoid sugar, I don't feel like I can drink this on the regular like other herbal teas.

I really like this tea. It taste good and refreshing. It does help if you have issues with bloating. Definitely helps reduce water, weight and control cravings.

I love tea in general, I bought this for the benefits and have noticed it helping with bloat. It has a light taste and I belive it helps with cravings so far also.

Love the material of tea bags, making it possible to re-use through out the day. Tastes good, not too strong and easy to drink. Works well controlling my cravings.
